Halloween doesn’t officially begin until Heidi Klum steps out in whatever mind-bending creation she’s dreamed up for the year and this time, she didn’t disappoint. On Halloween night in New York City, the supermodel and self-proclaimed “Halloween Queen” revealed her 24th annual costume at her legendary Heidiween bash at the Hard Rock Hotel. The verdict? Absolutely serpentine. Klum became Medusa, the mythical Greek Gorgon known for turning anyone who dared to meet her gaze into stone.
“I look forward to Halloween all year,” Klum told Vogue before making her grand entrance.
Every year I get more inspired, more enthusiastic. It’s the perfect day
to be silly, dress up, dance with friends, be creative and eat candy!”
Klum’s take on Medusa wasn’t your average store-bought snake wig. She went full fantasy, a living, breathing sculpture of scales, shimmer, and mythology. Her costume featured a headpiece of twisting serpents, metallic green body paint, and otherworldly textures that gave the illusion of skin made from ancient stone. Every detail felt handcrafted by Olympus itself, down to the glint of gold that flickered like the last light before sunset.

For Klum, Halloween isn’t just about dressing up it’s performance art. Over the years, she’s become a shapeshifter of the season, morphing into everything from an elderly version of herself to a worm, an alien, and even a human anatomy model. Each costume pushes the limits of creativity and transformation and this year’s Medusa may be her most hypnotic yet.
It’s not just a party for Klum; it’s a statement. A declaration that imagination has no expiration date. And as the night unfolded, guests couldn’t help but stare not out of fear of being turned to stone, but because Heidi Klum once again reminded the world why she reigns supreme as the undisputed Queen of Halloween.
